Your hosts, Calvin and Susan will warmly welcome you to the PIONEER MOTEL, a 12 unit complex built on ¾’s of an acre of land.  Plenty of well-established trees including a Notable Black Beech tree, Kowhai and grand Phoenix Palm. The birds love the garden and in late April, May June we are frequented by a trilling native Tui, among others. When the weather is kind the roses can look spectacular, there is over 30 different roses planted throughout the gardens.

There is a large back lawn with an in-ground trampoline, a fenced off large in-ground swimming pool with plenty of grassed area to relax and maybe picnic or BBQ. Also in the swimming pool area is a private Spa pool to ease away those aches and pains maybe caused by too much shopping in the local Downtown Plaza complex.
